*Note that the reason this blog got started was because I, and many other moms and to-bes felt that the research was, at times, too-clinical, shaming and created false expectations. Take these resources as great guidelines, but ultimately, stick with your gut, advice from grandmas, girlfiends and form your own experience. xo
